The Various Boxing Regulations In World Boxing Union
There are a lot of rules and regulations involved in boxing. If a boxer is not familiar with the rules, then he can be penalized as most recently seen in the headbutt received by Floyd Mayweather vs. Victor Ortiz title bout. The World Boxing Union is one of the five major sanctioning bodies in the sport of boxing. Many people are unaware of the historical information about the World Boxing Union and its champions, because it isn’t as commercially publicized as some other organizations. Below are a few of the better known champions in the history of the World Boxing Union.

Fighting Regulations In The World Boxing Union
The World Boxing Union (WBU) is a boxing regulating body known particularly among fighters in Europe. Most of its title fights are promoted by Sports Network run by British boxing promoter Frank Warren. WBU has produced popular names in the boxing world such as George Foreman and Ricky Hatton.
The rules for boxing bouts are more or less the same for all regulating bodies in the world such as the World Boxing Union (WBU). These are some of the rules that WBU adhere to:

The World Boxing Union has had many great champions and many have followed an incredible path to reach the title. Boxing Rules In The World Boxing Union
Boxing may be the sport with the most sanctioning bodies. With so many organizations, it can be confusing when different organizations have slightly different rules. Here’s a quick rundown of the World Boxing Union’s rules and regulations.
Time and scoring
